A. Corporate Values

We at Metatron Infotech recognize and respect intellectual property rights and are committed to fulfilling our moral and legal obligations with respect to our use of copyright protected works.

Metatron Infotech™ and MetaSCROLL™ both are registrated trademarks and are owned by Metatron Infotech.

B. Corporate Obligation on Trademark and Copyright

As a matter of moral integrity and adherence to copyright law, Metatron Infotech sets forth these policies for all employees:

No employee of Metatron Infotech may reproduce any trademarked or copyrighted work in print, video or digital form in violation of the law. Works are considered protected even if they are not registered within India. Trademark and Copyright Office or any registering agency outside of India and even if they do not carry the trademark symbol ™ or copyright symbol (©). Trademark and Copyrighted works include, but are not limited to: printed articles from publications, electronic articles in online publications, online videos, movies, TV and radio programs, recorded music performances, images, training materials, manuals, documentation, software programs, databases, websites and blogs. In general, the laws that apply to printed materials also apply to visual and digital formats such as websites, streaming media, music downloads, mobile apps, CDs and DVDs. It is however possible that certain forms of text, statements, reports and workflows look similar to existing information on the internet or websites. This would be purely coincedental, as technical processes, workflows, icons, logos, statements for a particular domain or standard would generally remain the same, the difference would just be grammatical difference of choice of words, text or images. Metatron Infotech would be not liable for any such similarity that may be observed on Metatron website or its product application MetaSCROLL.

C. Handling of Trademark and Copyright Infringement

Metatron Infotech expects its employees to be responsible consumers of trademarked and copyrighted materials. We also encourage employees to educate their peers on trademark and copyright compliance.If any employee witnesses a potential trademark or copyright infringement, please bring the matter to the attention of the individual as well as to our CEO, who serves as our trademark and copyright compliance officer. Employees who illegally duplicate copyrighted works may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
